We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
Within 24 Hours:
Deliveries: Orders scheduled for delivery within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. However, we offer a one-time delivery address change within the same delivery cost zone.
Pickups: Pre-paid pickup orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
